About Us

One World Animal Care (OWAC) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) PPM-030-10-14022024 dedicated to the well-being and welfare of cats and dogs in Malaysia. Committed to the belief that all animals deserve love, care, and protection, OWAC focuses on creating a compassionate and sustainable environment for our furry companions.

Motivated by our passion for animals and the desire to make a positive impact, we started OWAC to provide a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves.
